These terms apply to purchases made through shop.ijmphotography.net, operated by Ian J Myers (auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 999 672 934 00018), 10 résidences les pins, 85600 Montaigu Vendée, France.

All photographs are © Ian J Myers. Purchase of a digital download grants a personal, non-commercial licence for private display only. Resale, sublicensing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Orders and Payment

Prices are in EUR. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Shopify's payment partners. No order is confirmed until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

Production and Dispatch

All prints are made to order. Once payment has been received and cleared, the order is passed to our print laboratory, and production begins at that point. Nothing is produced or dispatched before payment has cleared.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes subject to a chargeback before production has begun, the order will not be produced and will be cancelled.

Production and delivery times vary by finish. A bare print is fastest; acrylic mounting and framed pieces are assembled by hand and take longer. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production and shipping. If you need a print for a particular date, contact us before ordering.
