Refund policy

Digital Downloads

Digital products (PDF downloads) are non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the file has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived upon accessing the digital content, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).

If you experience a technical problem with your download — for example, a corrupt file or a failed delivery — please contact us at ian@ijmphotography.net and we will resolve the issue promptly, either by resending the file or by providing a full refund at our discretion.

Print Orders

Prints are produced and fulfilled by WhiteWall. Any issues with print quality should be raised directly with WhiteWall through their customer support. We are happy to help — contact us at ian@ijmphotography.net.
